Quality Furniture is dedicated to providing out customers with the best prices and services. At Quality Furniture, our goal is to ensure every one of our customers is happy with the services we provide.

Store Return and Cancellation Policies:

  • No Cash Refund, Store Credit Only on All transactions
  • Exchanges are accepted for all non special orders prior to the arrival of ordered merchandise or the delivery of merchandise.  
  • All floor samples are final sales. No Exchanges or Returns. 
  • Quality Furniture accepts no responsibility for goods not fitting property in customers residence. Quality Furniture will assist our customers with providing third-party services to fit. Customers are responsible for ALL costs associated with the costs for fitting furniture into their home / apartments. 
  • Cancellations on the part of the customer will be subject to 30% of total price.
  • Local Delivery Services for online purchases includes drop-off curve-side delivery only. Please call store to arrange for in-hour or room delivery if needed.
  • Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery for online purchases.
