Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right — clearly, fairly, and without surprises.
7-day window
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Excludes special orders.
Original condition
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags.
Refund to original payment
Refunds processed within 5–10 business days, less any restocking and delivery fees and cancellations fees.
Standard furniture returns
Sofas, sectionals, beds, dining sets, dressers, and accent furniture may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in original, undamaged condition.
- • A 15% restocking fee applies to all standard returns.
- • Original delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.
- • Return pickup available within our delivery zone for $99.
Mattress comfort exchange
Choosing the right mattress takes time. After a 30-day adjustment period, you may exchange your mattress one time within 90 days of delivery for one of equal or greater value.
- • Mattress must be clean, stain-free, and have a mattress protector (sold separately).
- • Comfort exchange fee: $149 plus the price difference if upgrading.
- • One exchange per purchase. Floor models and clearance mattresses are final sale.
Damaged or defective items
Inspect every item at the time of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We'll repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.
Final sale items
The following are non-returnable: clearance and "as-is" merchandise, floor models, custom-order pieces, special-order fabrics or finishes, pillows, mattress toppers, and any item marked "Final Sale" at checkout.
How to start a return
- Call or email us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and schedule pickup or in-store drop-off.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 5–10 business days.
